Unless a project agreement says otherwise:

• Delivery timelines depend on receiving content, approvals and access on time
• Ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client once the agreed fees are paid in full
• Third-party services, licences and infrastructure used by a project are billed to or held by the client
• We retain the right to reuse general skills, techniques and non-confidential components developed during the work
