We build in short iterations against the agreed scope, with working software you can see rather than status reports. Frontend, backend, data layer and third-party integrations come together on a staging environment you have access to throughout.

Everything gets tested across real devices and browsers, not just a resized window. We check performance under realistic conditions, verify accessible interaction, review the security surface of the application, and fix what the testing surfaces before launch rather than after.

We configure the production environment, set up domains, certificates, environment protection, backups and monitoring, then deploy and verify the release end to end. Launch day should be uneventful, and with the previous five stages done properly, it is.
