Souhait Hub is a software engineering company based in Ghana, operating souhaithub.com. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. For anything not covered here, contact us at contact@souhaithub.com.

When you submit the project enquiry form, we store what you enter so that we can reply and scope the work:

• Your name and, if provided, your company name
• Your email address and, if provided, your phone number
• The service, budget range, timeline and country you select or enter
• Your project description

If you talk to Nova, our AI assistant, and choose to share contact details in that conversation, those details are stored in the same way and marked as originating from chat.

We record basic page-view analytics so we know which pages are useful. Each record holds the page path, the referring page where available, and the browser user-agent string. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell any of it.

This site is a progressive web app. If you submit an enquiry while offline, it is stored in your own browser and sent automatically when your connection returns. Until then it exists only on your device.

Some parts of this site depend on third-party providers, and information passes through them for that purpose only:

• Our hosting and database providers, which store the enquiry and analytics records described above
• Google Gemini, which powers the Nova assistant. Messages you send to Nova are processed by that service in order to generate a reply

Enquiries are kept for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and are removed on request. Analytics records are kept in aggregate to observe trends over time. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to retain it under an existing agreement.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Administrative access to enquiry data requires authentication and is limited to authorised members of our team. Credentials and connection secrets are held as protected environment variables and are never exposed to the browser. We do not claim any formal security certification or compliance accreditation.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@souhaithub.com and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of the website after that date means the updated policy applies.
